Precision Grinder
We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Grinder to join our team. This position is best suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where tight tolerances, attention to detail, and production efficiency are critical.
Scope of Work
This role involves precision grinding of high-value industrial components using:
- Cylindrical grinding
- ID grinding
- Surface grinding
- Rotary grinding
Work is performed in a production-driven environment where maintaining dimensional accuracy and meeting daily output targets are equally important.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of precision grinding experience
- Proven ability to consistently hold tolerances to 0.0005″ (± five tenths)
- Strong proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pace production setting
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Available for afternoon shift
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
This is not an entry-level grinding position. We are looking for a professional who understands the demands of tight-tolerance work and takes pride in producing accurate, repeatable results under production pressure.
